My blog project – Then & Now – about the change of handcrafted / artistic work is one year old, hoorraayyy!
A year ago I found a hand painted necklace I made in the 90s, when I was around 15. This is how Then & Now blog started: I was fascinated by the difference (both in time and style) between my “then” piece, and the jewelry I make now.
Since then I have been collecting other’s changes as well on the blog, and I just love to see evolutions. So much, that I started to interview a few artists / crfters about how they evaluate their own change: these interviews are / were published on Scoutie Girl, run by Jan. These interviews were extremly interesting for me, because all of the respondents – completly independently from each other – talked about the importance of experimenting and trial&errors in a very inspiring way. To celebrate this passed one year I summed up what we can learn from these interviews on Scoutie Girl – it is here, if you are interested.
Egy éves lett a blog projektem, a Then & Now – Akkor és Most -, ami a kézműves / művész változásról szól.
